SERV-O

The Serv-o is a unique, intelligent, revolutionary approach to equipment maintenance. Serv-o is a simple to install, affordable, accurate, universal solution to efficient tool maintenance management.

How does it work?

• It contains a clear LCD and simply by pressing the programming button you enter the required service schedule in 50 hour intervals up to 950 hours.
• It is attached to equipment using the special self adhesive pad or a cable tie.
• Serv-o automatically monitors tool use and counts down to the zero hour at which point maintenance is required.
• When the selected service time has been reached Serv-o illuminates in red to indicate equipment is ready for maintenance.
• In addition to scheduled maintenance Serv-o monitors your tool’s performance.
• The Serv-o learns the vibration characteristics of the tool and if it senses an increase in vibration magnitude signifying tool failure it illuminates in red to warn the operator and freezes the timer.
